We are required by law to tell you that sales can be concluded in English only and that no public filing requirements apply.
Refunds
We will refund in full or exchange any product that arrives faulty, and is returned to Thames Salon. If you are not satisfied with your product you may return it within 7 days for a full refund, ensuring that the product arrives safely back to Thames Salon in its original un-opened packaging, inspection will be at the discretion of Thames Salon of the un-wanted product. Electrical items have their own independent guarantee, which can be taken up with the manufacturer.
